Delivery & Returns

All VEINS sales are by pre-order only. The order amount will be taken from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue a refund back to your account. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled as we have begun manufacturing your jewellery.

The following payments are accepted: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Payment apps (Paypal, Alipay, Apple pay and Android pay).

Delivery is free throughout France, Europe and the UK.

VEINS jewellery is available only via pre-order. Manufacturing and delivery is 6 weeks on average. Once completed by hand in our Parisian atelier, your piece will be sent to you within 48h in France and within 72h in Europe. We use a secure delivery partner.

All VEINS jewellery is sent by our trusted and specialized transporter. The delivery is wholly insured from start-to-finish.

For security and confidentiality, all jewellery pieces are sent indiscreet and unbranded packaging.

You are able to exchange or return your VEINS jewellery free of charge. Pieces must be unworn and returned with in 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please contact us prior to returning at contact@veins-paris.com, in order for us to organize the return and guide you through the process.

VEINS packaging is minimal and functional. All jewellery pieces will arrive in a VEINS pouch and jewellery box.

You are able to exchange or return your VEINS jewellery free of charge.

  1. The jewellery piece must be returned in perfect condition, not worn, damaged or soiled.
  2. The jewellery piece must be returned in its original box and packaging.
  3. Refunds will only be granted once we have received and assessed your returned jewellery piece.
Our Advice

if you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size down. VIENS rings size slightly large owing to their atypical non-circular shapes.

Measuring Your Finger

We recommend measuring the size of your finger and not your ring. Finger size may vary throughout the day and depending on temperature. Please therefore measure your finger when dry and at room temperature , to ensure an accurate reading .

1. Wrap a ribbon around the base of the finger, or the point at which you intend to wear the ring. Also measure the finger at the knuckle.

2. Using a pen, mark the point where the ribbon crosses.

3. Using a ruler, measure the length in millimetres. This measurement is your finger circumference.

4. Choose the closest circumference from the table to determine your ring size. If between sizes, chooose the size down.

We are a unisex brand offering a wide range of 21 sizes to fit every finger. This means that the weight of gold, and the number of diamonds (carat), varies considerably according to ring size. Our prices, therefore, reflect this variety, so that you are always paying a fair price that reflects the weight of gold and diamonds you receive.
